                           <description><![CDATA[Date: Sat 22nd Nov 2008 Time: 10:30 am Location: Unison House, Custom House Street, Cardiff Welsh Labour will be holding a Youth &amp; Student conference in Cardiff on Saturday 22nd November 2008. An e-mail and snail mail invite recently went out, but the deadline to apply to attend will be Monday 17th November at 12pm. It is free to attend, with lunch and refreshments provided, and will start at 10:30 - finishing at 4:45pm. Young Labour members from across Lambeth and Southwark are invited to celebrate the festive season and look forward to the political challenges of the coming year with Dulwich and West Norwood (DAWN) Labour Youth. The fun will be taking place from 7pm to 11pm on Tuesday 9 December in the newly refurbished Magnolia at 211Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London, SE22 8HA. East Dulwich and North Dulwich are the nearest train stations and the Magnolia is on the 176, 185 and 40 bus routes.                            <description><![CDATA[Date:     Sat 23rd Aug 2008 Time:     04:00 pm Location: Blackburn, Lancashire Jack Straw's Barbecue is a fundraiser held annually by Jack Straw MP in Blackburn. This year we will be hosting a forum prior to the barbecue for Young Labour supporters to discuss campaigning and other activity in the north west region.                            <description><![CDATA[Young members will be out in Glasgow campaigning all week.   If you are able to come and help then young members will be meeting at the entrance to the Lower Platforms to Glasgow Queen Street Station at 0930 to get the 0942 train to Shettleston on Saturday 19th July and on Sunday at 0940 to get the 0947 train to Easterhouse. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the meeting time will be the same as Saturday.   For those traveling from Edinburgh please contact Josh MacAlister on 07841 512 557 who will be driving a car through and will be able to give people a lift through. (On a first come, first serve basis)   If you are traveling up to Glasgow from further afield then get in touch as accommodation may be possible. This is followed by a gig featuring 4 local bands: Parade, Yerba, Deadline Fever and Dave Robertson.
